New Year New You - Healthy Challenge Support Group

In addition to making smaller, more manageable resolutions, this year I formed a group of friends who are also committed to wellness and a healthier lifestyle.  We are a Facebook group that support each other by checking in on our stated goals, and by sharing exercise tips and recipes.  I am finding if very helpful in my own journey.

The experts say that one of the best ways to get healthier is to choose at least one partner or support person and tell them your goal.  Then that person holds you accountable for your goal.  For me, that is the point of this group.
