30 Days of Gratitude (the #GratitudeAdventure)

 At the beginning of the month, It Works challenged all of its distributors to begin a month of gratitude.  Each day, we focus not on what we don't have, but on what we are grateful for.  It can be a huge change in the way we see the world.  I encourage you to join us on the #GratitudeAdventure.  I am sure that you, like me, will appreciate the chance to focus on the many blessings you have.

You can participate in the challenge however you wish.  I am taking time each day to reflect on what I am grateful for.  Others are creating gratitude journals, making art, creating a photo album... as I said, whatever helps you focus on gratitude is the right way to participate.

Each day, as we focus on what we are thankful for, we change the way we look at things.  This can be a very powerful experience.  I have a friend who wrote in a gratitude journal for a month long exercise - that was 10 years ago, she still writes nearly every day.
