Happy people are healthier people - so I strongly encourage you to find something fun to do, not just today, but on an on-going basis.
"A review of more than 160 studies of human and animal subjects has found
"clear and compelling evidence" that -- all else being equal -- happy
people tend to live longer and experience better health than their
unhappy peers" ("Happiness improves health and lengthens life, review finds", Science Daily). Studies found that a positive outlook and general mental health allows one to cope with stress better, and can lower the risk of coronary incident.

Did you know, noticing your happiness will also increase your happiness? There was a craze going around recently - #100happydays that was a challenge to be happy for 100 days in a row. If you have not taken the challenge, I encourage you to try, it is a great experience.
In fact, I am challenging you, for the rest of the month of April to find something to be happy about or something to be grateful for every day. I encourage you to share those things with your friends and family, either verbally, or through social media. If you're up for a bigger challenge, for for a full 100 days.
